We reply to genuine enquiries within two working days, usually sooner. If it is urgent and already breaking, say so and we will prioritise it.

Yes. We routinely work under NDA and are happy to sign yours before any detail is shared. Our own case studies stay anonymised until a client signs off in writing.

Most engagements begin with a short paid diagnostic, which is a low-commitment way to start. If the work is not a fit for us, we will say so and point you in a better direction.
